Here's my find for this weekend.
Antique bronzed baby shoes.
The woman that I bought it from said that they are approximately 106 years old.
They belonged to 3 sisters who were her mom and Aunts.
Their names were Marion, Elizabeth and Marjorie Watkins.
Only her mom is left and the others are gone.
As soon as I saw them, I was drawn to them.
Maybe because I too am one of three sisters.
If only they could talk...and tell me about the last 100 years....
and to think that these shoes lived longer than their owners.
